Our experience with Helmores has been universally positive. On all occasions James and the team have proven polite, enthusiastic, honest and efficient. Their desire to go the extra mile has been very impressive, whether dealing with a phone enquiry, showing properties or giving advice and support during our eventual purchase. Although it was necessary to sell through a more local rival, who were perfectly adequate, the support received via Helmores was a real eye opener and should the need arise, we would certainly look to sell via Helmores in the future. We would have no hesitation in recommending Helmores to family and friends.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
