Absolutely horrendous. Never in my life will I recommend them to anyone. There is no communication from them, if you contact them via email they deny even receiving the email (but if the email was about a payment, I bet they would have received it no problem), left me and my son to live in an unhealthy environment, there were gaps in the windows letting in drafts and creating condensation of the windows which then caused the windowsills to flood and ruin the walls then created fungus and mould (despite cleaning it with bleach ever 2 days) .. This caused my new born to be severally ill which they didn't care about. They are only interested in the money, not your well being. They're threatening to take me to court due to 'rent arrears' which they only told me about after giving me an eviction notice so they could add daily interest .. I'm happy to take them to court for neglect of my sons health and the health problems they have caused me, increased my depression and caused me anxiety. They speak to you as if your a piece of shit, no manners or anything. I only beg people don't make he mistake I did and go to them for a property, you will only live to regret it. I am now living in a new flat which is 100 times better and bigger but yet it's cheaper! Core are just a cowboy company who over charge and don't stick to their own 'procedures'. See yous at court.

Whenever anyone leaves negative feedback about your company, your response is always the same. You copy and paste a copy of your 'complaints' procedure, then demand that the person who has left negative feedback provides you with their name and address!!
Instead of letting properties that you are responsible for fall into a state of such disrepair that tenants and ex tenants are forced to move out, and have by this point become so disillusioned with the service that Core Property provides that they feel that they left with no option but to air their grievance in a public forum like the one provided by this site.
I know nothing about the tenant above, or the circumstances which gave her cause for complaint, but I am inclined to believe that she does indeed have a genuine complaint. Why so? Because I myself have fallen victim to Core Property's shoddy customer relations.
The property which I rented from you was nothing short of a health hazard, living there made both me and my son ill to the point where he could no longer live in the property. Despite this, repairs were not carried out, and when they were (after extreme pressure from myself), the work was not carried out to a satisfactory level and more often than not, made things worse.
When I was your tenant, you certainly had no 'complaints procedure' in place, or if you did it was certainly never followed. I called, emailed, wrote, and even visited your offices and spoke with you and Jane Allan in person regarding the state my home was in. All I got was false promises, my calls were dodged and when I withheld my rent, I was told that repairs were due to be carried out imminently by Core's facilities management contractor...I paid up, and still the repairs were not carried out. In the end, I moved out of what was once my home, a house I once loved and seen myself living in for many years.
I too left a negative review on this site, and the response was the same....a cut and pasted copy of your complaints procedure and demands for my forwarding address!!
Also, I note that after a negative review there seems to be a flurry of glowing testimonials from delighted customers...just saying.
