I was renting a flat property in Glasgow from this agent. On my arrival to the property I found that the boiler was not working so there was no hot water and heating. It was difficult to explain to the agent that boiler was not working; as they were sure that it is in working condition. Finally I was lucky enough to get a plumber that was unable to fix it; finally it took nearly a week for them to do something. Spend this time in a hotel at my own expense. Few month after that the ceiling started to leak, there was literally a waterfall. I have contacted the agent and sometime after that the factors came and took pictures of the ceiling. That was it. I have tried to contact agent again but they have started to ignore me and did not reply on my e-mails. The ceiling was leaking till my last day in the property. During the rain I was changing the pans under it to safe laminate. At the end of my tenancy I was told that I would be charged for cleaning. I believe it is the agency that should be charged for providing bad service. Terrible service, very difficult to contact somebody and nobody want to take responsibility for the issues. Try to avoid this agency.

Agreed. If I'd known about them I'd never have let them near my flat. They lied about the potential rental income and told me to drop it. There were mysterious charges at every turn. They only wanted tenants in for 6 months because they were making more money that way. They didn't inspect the flat because a tenant drilled into the wall to place a weightlifting bar which I had to pay to have removed. Tenants did what they liked and it was often empty. They lied, obfuscated ad didn't answer the ph ...

As a previous tenant of Core, I find Craig's comment that the negative reviews on here are a result of them refusing to pay AllAgents a fee extremely insulting - my reviews are on this page already. I can easily say that living in one of Core's properties was the single worst experience of my life and I can quite believe this reviewers experiences of repairs not being carried out to standard, not being able to get a hold of Jane (I'm surprised she bothers having a desk as she is 'away' from it ...

Yes, I have made an assumption that you are not here to help. I have arrived at this conclusion due to you refusing to help me when I was your tenant. So why would you help an ex tenant? Also, I find "if everything is as you say" extremely insulting. You know very well the conditions I had to live in while I was your tenant.
