Worst company I have ever dealt with, rude, unresponsive, unlawful and just generally slack. We have rented with them for the past right months- cutting our year contract short because of how we've been treated. The property we were in was not maintained had not been properly cleaned or, as we were promised, painted. As time wore on cracks in the existing paint worsened. We weren't aloud to do any decorating ourselves making it very unpleasant. As winter has drone on terrible mold has set in all around the property that despite multiple calls and emails to the letting agent and finally the landlord was never dealt with. After a major leak we had terrible bold on the ceilings that again was never dealt with and had gotten I to some of the electrical outfits. Upon giving our notice we never received any confirmation despite trying at least half a dozen times. The landlord aloud himself into our without forewarning or permission, Hancock and partners did not even respond to these complaints. The list goes on and on, but please save yourself the same hassle and go with a different agent.

I have the same problem. Stuck with a property that has it's health issues, landlord doesn't even want to hear about it, the staff is awful and rude, the manager doesn't even know what he is doing, he lies all the time!!! Be aware and do not use them no matter the property!!! ...
