Put and offer in and it was accepting. Put down holding deposit.

Agent/Landlord left property on website, likely advertising to other prospective tenants

Then rejected our offer after already accepting, and asked for more money

Worse than Keatons / Foxtons !!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Remove property from website after holding deposit placed Not waste our time

Dear Willard
I am sorry to read your comment and sincerely apologise for the way in which your potential rental was handled. I understand our clients instructions were to continue to market the property as other viewings had recently taken place along (where several parties had also shown an interest in placing an offer) with several revisits pre-booked. I am sorry but we must follow our clients instructions at all times, however, I hope that in the future you will give us another opportunity to prove we are not an unethical agent. David Hatch. Director.
