I have recently let a property in Vauxhall. As I am very busy, Robin made time and met with me to discuss my requirements. I received a professional and realistic valuation of my property along with useful information to minimise my involvement with the letting process. I was kept informed of viewings and given feedback. The property was let within a few days. The property was let at the market rate and I was extremely impressed with the ease of signing paperwork and the overall communication.
