Very unhelpful and insulting when I enquired about a property. It appears this estate agent (Donna) does not like dealing with the Self-Employed (she specifically said the landlord (convenently) only likes to deal with people who are employed and can pay the rent every month). How very insulting! This character appears to like sitting in her ivory tower looking down on us potential tenants - I thought the tenants pay towards wages?!! Horrible person and if this is the face of this estate agent then the industry is *sigh, face palm and shake your head*. Shame on you, Satchells!!!!!!
