Not a great experience with this agent. We have finally purchased the property we wanted but not after a few concerning moments. Very unhelpful and insulting when I enquired about a property. It appears this estate agent (Donna) does not like dealing with the Self-Employed (she specifically said the landlord (convenently) only likes to deal with people who are employed and can pay the rent every month). What agent could do to change your mind?
A joke - why would we pay the £250.00+VAT only to be told that this agent will not allow us to rent a property through them?!??! "our risk", apparently.

Not interested in helping with any issues with the property. Poor response to mails throughout tenancy.. added charges part way through tenancy that they did not tell us about previously as "she forgot".
