Not the type of person to write reviews but the agent was so rude that I feel something has to be done about it. I booked a viewing with the company, and attended with my middle-aged father as I am a first time buyer.
The first point is that the agents fudged up the timing of our Saturday viewing, with several of the agents ringing me again and again and leaving conflicting messages, that the agent would meet me at the nearby shop, and then it was that the agent was at the home address waiting for me (1 hour before the viewing had been arranged), and then someone ringing again asking me to meet him at the shop, again earlier than had been arranged. When I went to the shop I had to wait half an hour for the agent to arrive, and when he eventually arrived and my father pointed out that we had been waiting half an hour he began to argue with my dad about how long we had been waiting, claiming that we were lying about how long we had been there.
He was continually rude and condescending to me and my father throughout the viewing, any questions asked in regards to the property were answered sarcastically. I had wanted to give up but my father is too polite mannered to cause a fuss so we continued the viewing despite the mans rudeness.
Awful customer service, completely disengaged and condescending. If you're late somewhere you apologise and move on rather than trying to blame us for your companies cock up. Never using them again and cannot fathom how this man is in sales, most dislikable person I've ever met.

I am the tenant and note that Julia Quilliam did nothing to apologise for her staff's actions when she was given an opportunity to do so. Further, I went through point by point of my review with her and was able to prove each point - I note she doesn't respond to certain aspects that she is guilty of. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
