The whole team at Quilliam’s were great to deal with. Friendly, professional and responsive and they clearly work as a team. Whenever I called whoever answered the phone was up to date on the status of viewings etc and I got all the information I needed without having to wait for a call back. The sale was concluded very smoothly. I’ve now used them again to find me rented accommodation while I search for another property to buy, because I felt sure I would be in good hands there and I’ve been equally happy with that service.

I am the tenant and note that Julia Quilliam did nothing to apologise for her staff's actions when she was given an opportunity to do so. Further, I went through point by point of my review with her and was able to prove each point - I note she doesn't respond to certain aspects that she is guilty of. It appears her preference is to deal with only what she wishes to and avoid the rest. She continued to hang on to my deposit for almost 6 years, only handing it over to the landlord when this re ...
