Consistently appalling service since we have been dealing with Quilliam for about a year. They charge high fees which they do absolutely nothing to justify. They do not respond to requests for essential maintenance work, are rude and dismissive and generally un interested in, and disrespectful toward their tenants.
Although they do not respond when anything is required of them, they will call ceaselessly during working hours, non stop when they need to get in contact, for example because of a banking error causing the rent to be one day late. I have had fifteen missed calls from them in the course of an hour before.
Do not pay any attention to their feedback on Referenceline, all feedback on this site is added by the businesses themselves.

I am the tenant and note that Julia Quilliam did nothing to apologise for her staff's actions when she was given an opportunity to do so. Further, I went through point by point of my review with her and was able to prove each point - I note she doesn't respond to certain aspects that she is guilty of. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
