Not full of promises, Feel they are only interested if your house is in Ponteland, happy to pass on negative feedback that you can't do anything about, charge a withdrawal fee, feel they favour the person viewing your house rather than you as their customer. Don't have a customer service charter (that I know of) so don't expect any customer service. Could go on and on but who cares, people will keep using them and they will make enough commission from Darras to survive.
