We highly recommend Rooks Forest Hall. They gave a highly personalised service at every stage of our sale & purchase. It can be a very stressful process, especially buying and selling and being in a chain. Rooks were there to reassure and go above and beyond to make our move happen. Frankly had it not been for their diligence and efficiency our move would not have happened. Our advice is dont just pick your estate agent based on the cheapest price or the highest valuation. We think ultimately you get what you pay for, they do a lot more than advertise your house for sale, its when the offers come in etc that they really earn their money and work hard for you. Also we think some agencies over value property so you choose them but all that happens then is you end up having to reduce. Rooks give you realistic and honest valuations.

They are easy to contact, they always get back to you, whereas these online only companies arent like that.
