We had exemplary support from Marshalls over the course of a year of trying to sell our property. Simon Phillips was exceptional. He was conscientious to a fault and overcame several obstacles even offering solutions to the problems before they occurred. Marshalls were extremely helpful in all aspects of buying our bungalow, all the staff were helpful, but cathy(sorry don\'t know your surname) was extremely helpful, this wasn\'t the first property she showed us around, and what i liked she wasn\'t pushy, would defnitely recommend them to anybody buying or selling a house...

What a breath of fresh air!! These agents act like real people and treat you accordingly. Although we are sorry to say, we did not buy a property though them in the end, their indepenent mortgage advisor is excellent. He took all the stress out of looking for the right mortgage for us and actually saved us money. What more can anyone ask for?!!...

I was very satisfied with David Marshall and Louise Mead who were both enthusiastic about the property and they made sure that people were shown around the property as often as possible. The property was empty and they made regular visits to ensure that all was OK and they also did meter readings for me and let my builders in as I was not able to be present for this as I live some distance from the property. I would certainly recommend them to others and I have done so in the past....

The moment my call was answered I met the most professional, friendly and considerate agents in Zoe and Kathy. Every detail was explained and managed smoothly. Kathy is somebody who really listens and understands ones concerns on a personal level. Zoe also gave me confidence and great support, and her laugh is infectious. I received an excellent service during the time Marshalls marketed my property for me. The property had been on the market for a number of years with other agents without any offers, despite the price having being dropped dramatically. Marshalls provided a well thought out and well executed marketing strategy which produced results and a purchaser was found within months. This property was sold within days of coming on the market. Due to no fault of theirs, marshalls had to wait for nine months for the sale to complete, and throughout that time they were unfailingly courteous and helpful. After the sale went through Emma helped to obtain some extra information from the buyer which was a great help to me. I was so pleased that I sent some flowers!...

I cannot praise Marshalls highly enough. This is the second time i have sold through them. Both times what should have been relatively straightforward sales turned into lengthy nightmares. Marshalls were not only extremely efficient and proactive in trying to resolve the complications but also very patient and reassuring with me however hysterical I was thinking i was going to lose the property i was purchasing..They kept me fully informed rather than me having to phone them to see what was happ...

Marshalls knew exactly what type of property we wanted and as soon as one came up for sale with them David Marshall contacted us even though we were on holiday in India at the time and we more or less agreed the purchase then. We confirmed our firm interest and as soon as we returned we were able to agree the terms and complete the purchase. This is how estate agents should work knowing their market, clients and purchasers for the best result for all parties....

Zoe Kent took on 2 properties for me, our house and that of my mothers. She visited both very promptly, put together some excellent details and ensured advertising in the local paper soon after. We got several referrals particulalry for our house, which sold within 3 wks, we also got 3/4 for my mums which sold approx 3/4 wks later.
