Marshalls knew exactly what type of property we wanted and as soon as one came up for sale with them David Marshall contacted us even though we were on holiday in India at the time and we more or less agreed the purchase then. We confirmed our firm interest and as soon as we returned we were able to agree the terms and complete the purchase. This is how estate agents should work knowing their market, clients and purchasers for the best result for all parties.

Don't advocate for buyers - extremely slow to respond to emails and with giving feedback. Clearly a local outfit. Watch out for EPC ratings on unlisted investment property they have for sale - it's illegal to rent it out below E rating. Do your homework ...
