Truly awful. We used the Crouch End branch and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The lady who showed us properties couldn't have cared less; she literally opened the door for us then stood in the doorway sending text messages while we showed ...

I used KFH in Fulham to Let my property and wish I had never gone near them after losing nearly two thousand pounds in just a 6 month lease. They found me tenants quickly but the rent they achieved was 22% less than the previous tenants. They ...

We have seen every house on the market in the area we are looking to buy (no joke!) and have found that KFH consistently over value the properties they are selling. No doubt this is because they know people are currently offering under asking price, ...

I would be willing to bet my house on the fact that KFH valued the property at an accurate price and the vendor insisted on putting it on for more or they would go with another agent. Bottom line is what does it matter? Just offer what you want to pay, no one is forcing you to offer more. Oh and the peak of the market was in late 2007, not 2006. ...

My initial experience with KFH (Crouch end) was promising. They had a very good selection of properties on their books and the agent who showed us around answered all our queries and was very friendly. That is until we handed over a hefty fee, deposit ...

Funnily enough, West Dulwich KFH made the same recommendation to us when we were moving out in April last year. We declined with thanks - the colour of the rubber carpet lining and the draught marks were coming through the cream carpet (rubbish carpet from when it was built) and it had been like that when we moved in. On moving out, we were emailed an invoice for ...

Shockingly bad. I have dealt with KFH twice now and each time they have been incompetent and rude. They dont seem to realise who their clients are. I arranged a valuation of my property this week for 630pm, only to be told (shortly beforehand) that ...

Molly, if this agent over values properties and gets buyers, ultimately the seller is the winner. What are you a communist or something.....but more than likely a disgruntled estate agent who lost the instruction for under valueing and losing the clients trust. Sour grapes me thinks ...

We sold our house in Palmers Green via KFH in 2007 having had no luck with other agents. Within days we had three interested buyers and three offers. Nothing but praise for the Southgate office. We have friends locally that have also sold through them and have had a good experience. Not sure if Ozi is still working for them but he put a lot of effort into our sale and is obviously a good salesman. ...

Tough to be an estate agent huh. Judging by the reviews on here they are taking the mickey if they value it too high, but god forbid they value it too low! I can't believe I sat on the market for ages without an offer! Or I sold really quickly - they probably lost me money!!! Hard to see how they can ever win when all that really matters is the vendors greed and how every seller thinks their house is the best and buyers feel it is ok to be rude to someone that is staying late and working satu ...
