KFH Blackheath agents got lost once on the way to our flat for a viewing - they confessed they didnt know where it was. For another they were so late I did it for them to save the viewers waiting any longer. And it appeared we had an Open Day without even ever being told about it. But then no one showed up so perhaps they didnt tell anyone else about it either. Blackheath and Greenwich estate agents are poor and this lot appear worse than the average. I had exactly the same experience in Wimbledon. Promised I would have at least 10 people through door in first week even gave me lower rate as they were that confident it would fly off the shelf with no effort. That's exactly what they gave it (no effort) and after 3 months and 2 viewings the only feedback I got was fab house but wrong location... In that time 3 of my neighbours have managed to sell via other agents... One was averaging 12 viewings a weekend! ...
