This is not for me to comment upon as I am only a non-profit making individual helping my friend to let his property. Fees is up to him to agree/disagree In addition, the T&C are too long for me to read as I am only a go-between. Whilst it will not allow me to proceed to Submit Review without ticking this box, I very strongly inform you that I am NOT agreeing to any T&C herein. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have kept to their promises and delivered what was agreed before signing the tenancy agreement. They signed the tenancy agreement but are saying that they are not responsible for the deposit.Attached Filesnbsp;

We paid administrative fees but did not feel the agent knew all the procedures that should have been completed. As noted previously, we had to remind them to complete the gas safety certificate after we had moved in, they did not provide us with an inventory report after we moved in, we had to chase the estate agent and it still took them 2 months to get back to us.
