Except I dealt with was Lee. After he got our signature on the contract and the advert went on live, never got a single call back from him. Emma was another unhelpful and after all the grief they cause us, she comes with the news that we can't try to sell the flat with another agent. First asked £330 saying that's all the charge. Then asked for another £120 as they don't take a Refrence for self employed if it's less than 1 year. Then demanded another £200 to draw a contract. And after 1 and half month demanded another £450 to add another person in the contract which was already agreed with them. So nearly £1000 to rent a £650/month property, really? 😡😡
