Rented property with Fox and Sons for 3 years. Absolute nightmare. Hassle getting and repairs required - 7 weeks without hot water as boiler broken and Sequence (who own F&S) couldn't seem to care less. Refused to fix faulty electrics, refused to acknowledge mould was structural issue from damp. Staff rude and unhelpful and "we have new tenants renting it now" so hung on to deposit and refused to refund over-paid rent. Awful!!! Dispute with TDS and Property ombudsman currently pending
