Whilst we understand the frustration you have experienced using Citi Quays, i think it only fair that you should explain the full extend of the problem you have faced and not just say we are shocking, a joke etc etc. These persons agreed to rent a property from us which is in the process of being finished as a new built development. We agreed with the landlord that the move in date would be 1 month ago and all were happy, unfortunately no one was aware of the delays which we would all be f ...

This employee is no longer and has not been with the company for some time and furthermore people need to report any issues they find with a service, it is clear from comments that the man / male to which all tenants refer to working for us, was very rude and unproffessional and seems to have made a very poor impression upon meeting most people. But before people go to write up their experiences they have had, surely they have to give the company and its other hard working members at least a ch ...
