This company are a complete joke. I would like to agree with what other posters have said, the customer service has been beyond shocking. At a time when estate agents are under a great deal of strain, you would expect that they would be doing everything possible to satisfy customers and ensure that their name stands out over the rest in a positive sense. But instead, they seem to be happy to make a mockery of their company and customers. They seem unable to respond to emails and phone calls. They are extremely rude and become irritated when you ask for information that should have been provided months ago.

Two pieces of advice. Firstly, to anyone considering using this incompetent outfit - save your time and don't. Secondly, to employees of Citiquays. I would start looking for another job, because the way that you conduct yourselves is a disgrace and you would be lucky if your company still exists come Christmas. To be fair, I will be lucky if I get an honest answer from them before Christmas.

Whilst we understand the frustration you have experienced using Citi Quays, i think it only fair that you should explain the full extend of the problem you have faced and not just say we are shocking, a joke etc etc.

These persons agreed to rent a property from us which is in the process of being finished as a new built development.

We agreed with the landlord that the move in date would be 1 month ago and all were happy, unfortunately no one was aware of the delays which we would all be faced with caused by problems the builders were having in getting the development signed of by NHBC who guarantee the build of the development.

The dates have been changed 3-4 times now by the landlords and we understand the frustration that this client has suffered, but surely some understanding that we are not in control of the situation would be fair or a comment on the developers or the landlord, know you have just chose to blame us because we are the easiest person and we have acted in between all parties.

All along we have been put under pressure because of these dates changing and yes this is very unfair and not proffessional, but this is a new development that has just been finished being built, so these problems were also possible.

Irritated and rude no, apoligetic yes, Once again with anyone looking at this without the blinkers on, would see that thisreview was just to aim there anger and frustration at us, as they had no intension of explaining the facts.We are dealing with up to 8 calls a day from the various parties involved in this trasaction and this amount of calls can get very tiring when you are repeating yourself all the time. However we are very lucky that the other 6 apartments we have let in the block have been very understanding and have decided not to blame us for these uncontrolable circumstance.
