This company are a complete joke. I would like to agree with what other posters have said, the customer service has been beyond shocking. At a time when estate agents are under a great deal of strain, you would expect that they would be doing everything possible to satisfy customers and ensure that their name stands out over the rest in a positive sense. But instead, they seem to be happy to make a mockery of their company and customers. They seem unable to respond to emails and phone calls. They are extremely rude and become irritated when you ask for information that should have been provided months ago.
Two pieces of advice. Firstly, to anyone considering using this incompetent outfit - save your time and don't. Secondly, to employees of Citiquays. I would start looking for another job, because the way that you conduct yourselves is a disgrace and you would be lucky if your company still exists come Christmas. To be fair, I will be lucky if I get an honest answer from them before Christmas.
