Dear Anonymous as I can see there is someone on our competitors that pay peoples like to to leave such a review online this review is whit out fundament as we do not know how this can happen we are open to review each case in a public whit evidences from all part to see where the true is ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
If the people we dealt with had adhered to the contract then there would have been no issue. They acted unprofessionally and have kept our money unlawfully.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Handle the situation REASONABLY. DO NOT scream at existing clients! BE transparent about your contracts especially the "BREAK CLAUSE" and stick by them when you have one.

We are having the same troubles here too. We are owed £££ deposit from 2 months ago and they keep telling us it will be in our accounts at this particular date. We rang them first thing on a Monday and the guy we spoke to over the phone had been advised by their manager Marian not to pay any deposits??? ...
