What agent could do to change your mind?
Be able to answer simple enquiries over the phone 9 times out of 10 I get told the person who can deal with my request is away on "training" Actually call back when they say they will!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the most frustrating thing of all Communicate requests to and from the landlord in a reasonable amount of time without me having to chase if up When you say your going to do something, do it!!! For example, sending a email that I have to request 3 times or organising work to a property
