Promised to rectify several problems; broken kitchen sink (clearly damaged by previous tenant) and a damp ceiling in master bedroom, caused by removal of flue, chimney etc - this needed painted over.. These people DO NOT respond to emails, are indifferent towards complaints. They just don't want to know!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Communicate quicker, mediate with landlord, don't ostracize your customers
