From what seemed like a relatively straightforward sale of a newish property, the conveyancing process became increasingly lengthy, difficult and frustrating. Cathy at Bradleys Exeter handled the whole process superbly well, keeping all parties on board at each hurdle and going the extra mile to move things forward more quickly when needed. Without her advice and tireless support, the sale would probably have fallen through. But her proactive approach, level-headedness and sense of humour helped both me and my buyer to see light at the end of the tunnel. Having finally moved and settled into my new home, I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Cathy, we couldn't have done it without you.
