Amazing service, the staff in the North Street Exeter branch were truly brilliant, especially Cathy Nickels, this lady was professional, clearly very experienced in dealing with finding the right buyer, she went to great lengths to ensure our house was well advertised, looked brilliant in the photos and on line, ensured all viewings were accompanied - the feedback we received from Cathy was so thorough, she ensured she kept us updated continually regarding the progress with the sale. The service was honestly first class from the initial phone call regarding a valuation on our property, to meeting at the house, placing the property on the market, the whole process of putting the offers to us to the feedback with how the sale was proceeding. We have been extremely impressed with the staff input, the knowledge and experience of the team but especially Cathy Nickels, she truly has worked so so hard on our behalf to sell our house.
