Very glad we chose Bradleys, a great, friendly team who helped every step of the way.
Robin did the valuation having really done his homework on sold properties in the area. We took the "open house" approach, and less than 2 weeks after the open house event we accepted an offer on the property - fantastic!
Neal was our mortgage and insurance advisor, who really helped us get the best deals as well as look after the applications and minimise the paperwork to us.
Finally, Cathy helped every step of the way from the sale agreement process until the final completion. She really made the whole process go as smoothly and quickly as possible, and helped us understand what was going on and how we could keep momentum going by being one step ahead of what the solicitors would be asking for etc. Most of all Cathy took away a lot of the stress, and nothing was too much trouble with daily phone calls on the oustanding issues in the final couple of weeks which really helped keep us positive - thank you!
