Absolutely shocking service! Have made what could have been an enjoyable rental absolute hell. The sales team were extremely helpful, made the start very agreeable. However problems started when we were introduced to the property manager. We were left to deal with maintenance issues, she had no legal knowledge when we were hassled by a neighbour (regarding the maintenance) which resulted in costly solicitor bills. When the tenancy ended she took the deposit and claimed wild deductions, we managed to get the deposit back by disputing the deductions to DPS, which only backs up our claim how illogical they were. Finally she interfered with our next tenancy with another agency compromising the sale.

Wouldn't deal with them again.
