Robin came to the property and gave a very informative valuation. He was very prepared knowing what similar properties had gone for in the area and bringing information to leave with him. He was confident that Bradleys could sale the property and would get a reasonable price for my home. Upon agreeing to sale with Bradleys, Robin spent time answering questions and explaining the process. He took details, measurements and photos. Once the information and photos had been correlated together and the house was ready to go on the market an estate agent came round to drop off the information and collect a key, to assist with getting the house on the market as quickly as possible. This was the day after Robin took photos. That evening Cathy called with potential views for the morning and by lunch time they had secured a sale for the asking price. Cathy and Robin called regularly to update and helped to push the sale along. They were very professional, informative and made selling the home as easy as possible. I know several people who have used Bradleys before and have had good experiences, which is why i went to them in the first place.
