The agent provided a conscientious and thorough service to us over a period of over 6 years when we rented out our home whist overseas. They dealt effectively with all problems that arose, and ensured the tenants looked after the flat. Their charges were reasonable and always fully explained. Overall we would recommend them to other prospective landlords.

We are disappointed to hear your comments about our company however we do not agree with them. The results from the adjudication process carried out by Safe Deposit Scotland went in your landlord's favour and this was a result of the evidence provided to them by us during the claim process which clearly proved the claim was justified and accurate. We do not charge illegal fees, as members of ARLA we have to abide by a strict code of practice and part of doing that is to operate within the law. ...

They are a very dishonest agency. The time taken to repair things was appalling over the 2 years. At the end of the tenancy they used some old cupboard doors that were from before our tenancy and stored in a garage and fixed them in the kitchen and tried to say we had damaged the doors. This failed with the adjudicator because I had photographic evidence that the doors were in perfect condition the day we left from both my own photos and from the photos from the cleaning company. It is central to our working practice that we treat both landlord and tenant fairly at all times. Whilst we are unable to ascertain the identity of this reviewer, we can state unequivocally that we have never, and will never, make any unfair deductions from a tenant deposit. In fact, due to the Tenancy Deposit Schemes (Scotland) regulations, for all law abiding agents - this would be impossible.
