Firstly it was a mine field when dealing with property management companies in Manchester, they were all too busy trying to provide a service I didn't need and not concentrate on what I did need. I then met Shaun Loughlin at Pheonix Property management. Shaun helped me through the whole process and made it as seamless as possible. Shaun had a great knowledge of not only the area, the property and the tenants but also how to maximise the overall marketing of my properties. Shaun was always at hand when I called him and never tried to baffle me with science as most agents have done in the past, he was clear and concise and made me feel in control at all times. Shaun also has a link to a brilliant cleaning company which I have used on several occasions now and have never been so impressed, the word spotless doesn't do it justice.
I wouldn't hesitate in taking all of my properties to Shaun as and when they become available and can rest in the knowledge that he will always give me what I want as a customer not as a faceless service provider trying to wring me dry on every element they can. As a landlord, Phoenix Property Management is my key in Manchester to getting a great service at a great price with minimum fuss.

I think for the service provided, the fees were very reasonable. (I think all agency fees are far too high, but that's a different story!) Compared to my experiences in the past, I think Phoenix offered really good value for money.

Dear Hannah, I am very sorry to read that you feel that we have not been helpful in the return of your deposit, however, I would have thought that having explained to you the return process seeing as you had lost your deposit ID and then having actioned this on your behalf twice, so that the DPS sent you the ID by text to your mobile number which you confirmed, you would have then been able to deal with this on your own.
