For our experience, Phoenix property have been a very good estate agent, honest, quick to respond and efficient. Overall they can be trusted to deal with issues well and quickly.
Communication has always been perfect. We had some troubles which were more due to intermediates and Phoenix has always been trustful of our say on things when we were unhappy of the solving of an issue in the property concerned.
If it was an experience to reproduce we woul definitely deal with them again.

I think for the service provided, the fees were very reasonable. (I think all agency fees are far too high, but that's a different story!) Compared to my experiences in the past, I think Phoenix offered really good value for money.

Dear Hannah, I am very sorry to read that you feel that we have not been helpful in the return of your deposit, however, I would have thought that having explained to you the return process seeing as you had lost your deposit ID and then having actioned this on your behalf twice, so that the DPS sent you the ID by text to your mobile number which you confirmed, you would have then been able to deal with this on your own.
