We was with Phoenix for around 5 years, in 2 different flats in Manchester/Salford in that time Kamal was nothing but professional, open and honest, we went through a "Party" stage and left our first flat somewhat of a mess, Kamal was very calm and reassuring despite my fiery disposition, We had a few clash of personalities with Steve, but for the most part Phoenix were very professional even with our high expectations,

We had a few problems with damp in our second apartment which was difficult liaising with the management company who are supposed to take care of the premises, But that's Griffin Estates for you, they don't get nice custom BMW cars by hiring contractors and spending money!

We had a few problems with viewing our apartment while our baby was sick near the end of tenancy but was resolved with Steve saying that he would cancel all appointments until we left despite a few heated conversations due to frustration on both sides.

All in all a good 5 years, and have already advised a family member to take a look at the website.

I think for the service provided, the fees were very reasonable. (I think all agency fees are far too high, but that's a different story!) Compared to my experiences in the past, I think Phoenix offered really good value for money.

Dear Hannah, I am very sorry to read that you feel that we have not been helpful in the return of your deposit, however, I would have thought that having explained to you the return process seeing as you had lost your deposit ID and then having actioned this on your behalf twice, so that the DPS sent you the ID by text to your mobile number which you confirmed, you would have then been able to deal with this on your own.
