The agency was very helpful supporting my purchase of a property in High Wycombe.
Following an initial visit and registration they were one of two out of approx. 10 agencies in the area I contacted who regularly sent me updated offers of properties meeting the indicated criteria. I never heard again from any of the other agencies, except one.
Appointments for visits of potential objects were made quickly and I was met on site by a member of staff on time; they were prepared and generally helpful.
Once I submitted an offer the agency accompanied the entire process in a very professional way, always responded to calls and questions promptly and to my satisfaction.
They made sure the process went swiftly and without delay and also organized additional visits, an appointment with a plumber on site to answer a question I've had as well as an after exchange of contracts meeting with the owners.
I can really recommend the agency and would like to extend my thanks especially to Lenny and Lisa whom I've been in contact with mostly.
