Thank you for taking the time to comment. It is vital that we continue to get feedback in order that we can continue to improve our service and keep it at an optimum level. We take all comments upon our service very seriously and endevour to provide a service which gives satisfaction to all of our clients. In this case the property initially came on above the price that we suggested and only came down to a realistic value when we were given notice so I am confident we could have achieved the value that it ultimately sold for.
