In this case the property initially came on above the price that we suggested and only came down to a realistic value when we were given notice so I am confident we could have achieved the value that it ultimately sold for. We do however accept that we should have contacted more frequently to advise of the owners inflated expectations in order that we could have got the property under offer for them. We accept the critisism and will address it internally.
