Used this agent for 3 months, approx 6 viewings, no feed back, no strategy to sell. very poor customer service. Went back to my original agent and sold within 2 weeks.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Brought in more viewers, given more feed back and had a strategy to sell.

We take all comments upon our service very seriously and endevour to provide a service which gives satisfaction to all of our clients. In this case the property initially came on above the price that we suggested and only came down to a realistic value when we were given notice so I am confident we could have achieved the value that it ultimately sold for. We do however accept that we should have contacted more frequently to advise of the owners inflated expectations in order that we could have got the property under offer for them. We accept the critisism and will address it internally.
