Tenants were selected by the agent who then dropped out after paying their deposit, their deposit was returned to them, when it should have been passed onto the landlord, we had to restart the search for another tenant and lost rental income.
We had to chase the lettings to team for info all the time to be updated with developments re viewings etc.

The majority of the paperwork we received had errors eg. wrong tenancy date, wrong rental, so we had to waste time ringing up and getting correct documents sent out.
We had no problems with lettings Management, all our queries were answered quickly and efficiently.
