What agent could do to change your mind?
Listen to your clients - don't ignore them and avoid their messages, make them feel valued, make sure you do your job and do not leave the chasing up and organisation of a relocation in the hands of your clients - especially when such a huge admin fee was requested.Attached Filesnbsp;

Very high admin fees for the service we received - over ‚£750. We have been insulted at the amount we were charged in return for such a dreadful series of events and appalling service.

We were surprised that the fees were twice as much when compared to other areas and the last time that we moved, only two years ago. We understand there is a need for these fees, but the price was significantly higher than expected and we're not even aware of what these cover.
