We bought this flat in 2002 and have used 1 Let as
Our letting agent for it, and at times for another flat, for
Ten years.
1 LET have been excellent; the flat always let, maintenance and
safety checks meticulously carried out, and they have found
tenants who have looked after the flat and left it in good
condition. And now that we have decided to sell the flat, 1 LET
have helped us to organise minor maintenance and redecoration
to prepare for selling.
We would recommend them as agents without reservation. They
also seem to have very good relationships with the tenants.
