We have water damage caused by nine leaks in under three years. This is due to 1Let's incompetence in employing an adequate tradesperson to diagnose and fix a leak in the bathroom of the rental property upstairs, which they administer. We are beyond disgusted at their lack of care. Don't expect even an adequate response to a basic request from this company. They don't return calls or update us. Our poor upstairs neighbours are mortified by the progressive damage this is causing to our property.
