As first-time renters in Edinburgh, we are truly delighted to have chosen 1Let as our letting agency. 1Let has made the entire process straightforward, minimizing any frustration in navigating the rental market. Tina-Dawn Hopking, who handled our application, made prompt contact with us concerning any criteria to be met, and helped us secure the tenancy very quickly.

During our tenancy, when we have noticed some areas for minor repairs, Kathryn Mathie (our property manager) has always provided instant replies via email or phone. She coordinated the repairs efficiently, arranged great contractors, and checked up on us thereafter. She is very friendly and welcoming, always patient in answering our queries. Excellent customer service, beyond our expectations.

To conclude, 1Let is the best agency we have come across during our extensive property search. Prompt response, transparent, never keeps us hanging. All members do their utmost to help tenants with the whole letting process. I highly recommend 1Let to any prospective tenants. Many thanks!
