The agency especially Kim Reid was very good at responding to my emails and sorting any problems I have had such as changing door locks, or having radiators fixed during the tenancy promptly. The agency is good. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because of cleaning at the end of tenancy. Despite having cleaners clean the property at the end, it wasn't best for the agency. But, apart from this, the agency is excellent and very tenant friendly.
