We have rented property for over ten years, with homebridge being our worst experience. The house is a state due to things not working or being fixed by their cowboys. Our garden is unsecure, we have a dog and children, our neighbour has a toddler... Homebridge ( rob) has seen the fence damage but is doing nothing about it.we are not taking legal advice. By law we should be given our landlords direct contact details but homebridge are refusing!!! Would NEVER go through homebridge again and I would not recommend you do. Homebridge lettings does not even come up on the lettings list online- they go unheard of or complained about!
What agent could do to change your mind?

All this for a fence? Unemployed, on benefits but we housed Mr and Mrs Watton. The only agent in town that would help them out. Thanks for your short memory and we completely refute what has been said. Ithis is not the way we operate. People are their own worst enemies! Act like a tenant should and observe your obligations as we do!
