Lived in a couple of properties now that have been managed by home bridge. Have no qualms whatsoever about recommending them, if you are a tenant looking for a home. Always dealt with Lorna at the office. She has always been incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. They have been brilliant agents as have our landlords, and we were sad to say goodbye to them when the time came for us to move. Best of luck for your futures xxx...

As a tenant, the fees are very reasonable, probably the best in Yeovil for a good agent.

Can't say " job well done" enough! You guys have been the most wonderful agents we could have asked for. Must shout out to Bob, who does the inspections. Thoroughly lovely gent and always on time and really pleasant. Can't say thank you enough. Xxx....

I have lived in many rented properties, in London, Bath, & Devon but I have never had to deal with such a rude estate agents. During my move out they were very rude to me and actually I would say bullys, I paid 200 to get the place professionally cleaned I had receipts for this to but during my move out Rob was feeling for dirt on the worktops, they were In fantastic condition and had been steam cleaned! Miss Stevens disputed all of our claim on her deposit regardless of the damage she had caused to a newly refurbished property. Going to dispute is absolutely her right. However the fact that the dispute service did not give her any of her deposit back ( bearing in mind that they are independent and have no axe to grind). I would suggest the above is just sour grapes. We have a contract with the the tenant and it clearly states theirs and our obligations. Homebridge cannot be held responsible for....

My partner and I rented our first property together via HomeBridge. It was all smiles when signing the contracts but as soon as we moved in it was as if we no longer mattered. We were forced to phone up HomeBridge due to a few issues that arose during our time in the property but NOTHING was ever done. Sorry as the tenant hasn't left her full details I cannot comment other than we are an ARLA registered agent and adhere to strict policy's as laid out by them and the The Property Ombudsman. It is extremely unlikely that maintenance was not done. We have a full list of qualified contractors. Maintaining property is part of our management obligations.....

We have rented property for over ten years, with homebridge being our worst experience. The house is a state due to things not working or being fixed by their cowboys. Our garden is unsecure, we have a dog and children, our neighbour has a toddler... Homebridge ( rob) has seen the fence damage but is doing nothing about it.we are not taking legal advice. All this for a fence? Unemployed, on benefits but we housed Mr and Mrs Watton. The only agent in town that would help them out. Thanks for your short memory and we completely refute what has been said. Ithis is not the way we operate. People are their own worst enemies! Act like a tenant should and observe your obligations as we do!....

Landlords and tenants beware. Homebridge were very difficult to deal with and made life impossible. The property was left in a terrible state as we realised that most quarterly inspections had not been carried out. They lied about doing a thorough check-out inspection, the list goes on... Asking even simple questions became difficult. Instead of dealing with issues, they chose to wash their hands of the property despite having been paid fees for which they did nothing. A more difficult landlord I have not come across. Hence us giving him notice. To say we did not do any inspections is a down right lie and libellous. I have the records to prove it and they are available for inspection. I believe the term is "sour grapes". Which is appropriate for a French man who clearly knows more than any one else about Lettings. So why employ an agent? Give me strength!!!!!....
