Awful awful service.

The worst imaginable. The flat was already damp when I moved in. There was a mould problem. The heating didn\'t work. I had to install a whole new radiator which took two months. When I was locked out, nobody had a spare key so I had to spend 24 hours outside of the property, and then on a quarterly inspection I was given an eviction notice with no explanation as to why?!?

Furthermore I was charged a 145 pound checking-out fee which was unbelievably extortionate. There was absolutely zero customer service in my time there and they tried to take whatever they could out of my money. I feel totally ripped off.
