Beals are incomptent and do not care about their poor standard of customer service.

We are renting a beautiful property and paying a lot of money to. On viewing the place we asked if this is a long-term let \"yes, we\'ve been renting this place for years and the current tenants have been here for 5 of those\". Not wanting to move again for as long as possible, this was good for us.

On signing the contract we queried that it was 6 months - we were told that this was standard for a new tenancy but again 2 staff told us it would be long-term.

From the moment we moved in we spoke with their \"Head Office\" to explain a few problems that would in time, damage the property. We had no Gas Safety Certificate and the extremely rude Associate Partner grunted that we didn\'t need one. We heard absolutely nothing about any issues raised.

A couple of months in and we had an electrical fire (luckily whilst we were in). We had to call their electrician after they switched off their emergency phone line they gave us! No one ever called to check that the electrics were completed!

We have spent a lot of money on the house, being that we expected to be here for quite some time.

Our landlord visited us last week from abroad and told us he\'s back in October - apparently Beals knew this before we even moved in!!

The landlord (who I must say is much nicer than Beals) was honest and said that he\'d never been informed of any problems other than the electrics.

So, I take my complaint to their office and they don\'t care. I explain that as far as I am concerned we signed a contract under false pretences - but that is apparently not their problem! As we leave the jumped up girl (who like another reviewer adds - \'is more interested in fake tans and nails) is seen laughing as we leave! Very professional. This comes as no surprise as on previous visits to their office we witnessed staff mocking their customer\'s complaints on the phone and shouting their names across the office with us present.

We still have heard nothing back from the partner of the company at that office.

If anyone os considering using Beals - just don\'t!

Exactly the same problem we are having, Totally useless as far as im concerned. Dont care about complaints and havent bothered to actually address all points.. Never ever deal with them...
