Bradleys scored OK/Good for their sales details, answering the phone, arranging viewings, inspections etc and GOOD for their associated mortgage broking and conveyancing service through Ashfords who were very efficient.
However Bradleys scored lower for general interest, enthusiasm and property knowledge. Although a useful EPC certificate was supplied on request, surprisingly Bradleys appeared to have no knowledge of the fact that the Gas CH system had been previously declared unsafe to the Vendor, which took time to rectify before the sale could be completed.
A borderline OK service overall.
