We have been really pleased with the service received from helmores in both selling our house and buying a new one. Phil Morgan initially valued our house and was really professional and friendly. Rob was great in quickly taking the photos and details, thereby getting our house on the Market straight away. Ian did a brilliant job in negotiating the 'deal'. I'm sure I haven't named everyone who helped us but we couldn't fault anyone. Helmores were great in keeping us informed right the way through the buying/selling process.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
