As a renter since 2013, I've been a client of several property management companies in Edinburgh and 1Let is by far the best I've encountered. Communication is quick and requests are considered in a timely manner, with 1Let staff liaising with the landlord (who lives abroad) on my behalf.

Recently I requested a plumber to fix a faulty tap and 1Let arranged a visit within a few days. New beds were provided when the old ones were past their best and the windows were recently updated to double glazed fixtures without my even asking.

Alan in particular has been an attentive and considerate property manager. I hope to rent another property from them in the future when I leave this flat.
